Terms of Use

These terms apply to the PicRoam app and website. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must meet the applicable minimum age and have any permission required to enter into this agreement.

You retain any rights you already have in your uploaded content. You grant the permissions needed for PicRoam and its service providers to process that content and deliver the generations you request. Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions to use it.

For Together scenes, obtain the other person’s permission before using their photo or sharing the result. Do not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate content, abuse, harassment, unlawful content or content that violates someone else’s rights.

Results are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, unexpected changes or visual artifacts. We do not guarantee exact identity preservation, a particular aesthetic, uniqueness or legal protection for a generated image. Review outputs before use. Do not represent an imagined image as evidence of a real event, endorsement or relationship.

The website’s photographs are AI-created examples, not guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for your use and disclosure of generated content. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

PicRoam Plus offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions for 1 week, 1 month or 3 months. Each verified payment grants 5 photos (25 credits) for the weekly plan, 20 photos (100 credits) for the monthly plan, or 60 photos (300 credits) for the 3-month plan. All 3-month credits are added upfront, not in monthly installments. The full price for the selected term is charged at purchase and on each renewal. Cancel through your Apple subscription settings; deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. Unused granted credits carry forward in the account.

Photo packs are one-time in-app purchases. Available pack sizes, local prices, taxes and product terms are shown by the app and Apple before payment. A purchase is credited to the applicable PicRoam account after transaction verification. Do not assume credits can be transferred to another account.

A pack is not an auto-renewing subscription. Any subscription from an earlier version must be managed separately in your Apple account; buying a new pack does not cancel an existing subscription. If a generation fails or a balance looks wrong, contact Support with the transaction or generation identifier so it can be investigated.

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests according to its policies and applicable law. You can request a review through Apple’s Report a Problem service. We cannot guarantee that Apple will approve a refund. If Apple refunds or revokes a new weekly, monthly or 3-month Plus payment, credits granted for that payment may be deducted from your shared PicRoam credit balance, capped at the available balance.

Keep sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize. We may limit access to address abuse, security issues or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law. Features, scenes and availability may change. Network connectivity and compatible devices are required for generation.

You can initiate account deletion in the app. Save any creations you want to keep first. Deletion removes access to the account and its creations and balance; it does not itself request an Apple refund or cancel an Apple subscription. See Account & Data Deletion.

The service is provided subject to technical availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse, third-party services or reliance on AI output. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or excludes mandatory consumer rights. Disputes are subject to applicable law and any mandatory local consumer protections.

Apple is not a party to these website terms and does not provide PicRoam support. Your use of an App Store download is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and the license shown with the app. Third-party services may have their own terms.
